Rene Knippenberg: For all the warriors

I found it a very difficult task to write for Warrior Talk, at the same time I felt so very honoured. To be honest I struggled and I am so fulfilled, that I did write it.

The difficulty lies in the fact, that I don’t see myself as an expert on this topic at all.

I could help you only because, we have this super unique connection and love, that merely a thought was/is enough to know what was/is going on and what was/is needed.

For all the warriors on this site, I want to share some of my thoughts and feelings, that helped me to support an unbelievable lovely, beautiful and talented woman this year.

I discovered that when I opened up my heart to her, sat down and listen very carefully to my own quietness,

I came to know, what she was struggling with during this though year of social darkness.

I felt what could and should be said to support her and give her the light, the love, the hope and the courage to keep walking.

Mind you, we live in different countries. There were times, that she kept very quiet, and other times we wrote each other often.

We have to go inside to find our answers, that is what I often said to her. That is also the rule I live by.

We, humans, have such a great power within us to change our world around, if only we dare to rely on it, to believe in it.

And it is not only our birth right, but we owe it to our soul, that chose this body to live, learn, experience and evolve during this life time.

We have to find it, unleash this power and we can become our own healers, our own masters.

Experience the quietness of nature. Sit down in nature, observe and let yourself be charged by her power.

Feel the soil, the rocks, the grass you sit on, ground yourself to mother Earth, come home to mother Earth.

Something completely different and not at the same time:

Did you know, that you are composed of around 84 minerals, 23 elements, 8 gallons of water spread across 38 trillion cells, which a lot of them regenerate just in a few days.

And that you have been built up from nothing by the spare parts of the Earth that you have consumed, according to a set of instructions hidden in a double helix

and small enough to be carried by a sperm.

You are recycled butterflies, plants, rocks, streams, fire wood, wolf fur, shark teeth, broken down to their smallest parts and rebuild into our planet’s most complex living thing.

You ARE Earth.

It is this connection that gives you an enormous energy and confidence. It does to me and I don’t believe, that I am the only one.

Be also inspired by music, by art, by dance, by little puppies, by little children, open yourself up and be touched by utter loveliness. Become sensitive again.

Yes it can hurt, but it is a good hurt!

In order to get out of the pit hole we find ourself sometimes trapped in, we need to regain our sensitivity, we need to have the confidence of the regenerating power within ourself,

and that we can unleash it ourself.

It is not a tour de force, I believe becoming a Warrior and living a Warrior is just about that: Be sensitive, look for answers inside yourself, be honest to yourself, don’t let the hurt and pain consume you, have confidence in your inner power and unleash it to turn your life around the way you want to.

You are the master of your own life, nobody else is: No parent, no partner, no mentor, no teacher, no doctor, no Guru, no God.

You don’t have to fulfil anybody’s needs.

I found a beautiful piece of text that perfectly describes the dynamics, that we had and still have,

and that shows a path we all have to walk in order to heal, grow and evolve.
